It is not always true to think that just because a food is good for you it must taste bad, and vice versa. I certainly was led to believe that when I was growing up. Luckily, I found Ayurveda and the wisdom contained within.

We’ve all heard the saying “you are what you eat.” The basis of Ayurvedic nutrition is that we are the result of not only what we eat but when, how and why we eat.
